You must be at least 18 years of age to use Foodoor independently. Users under 18 may use the platform only with parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to use Foodoor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information in orders or communications
• Use the platform to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform's infrastructure
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission

• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and menu availability may change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing an order. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (where available).
• Foodoor is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect delivery addresses or contact details provided by you.

Order cancellation and modification requests are subject to restaurant policies and the stage of preparation. Once an order is being prepared or dispatched, cancellations may not be accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligible refunds.

Foodoor acts as a platform connecting customers with independent restaurant partners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of food items prepared by restaurants. Any issues related to food quality should be reported to us and we will work with the restaurant to resolve them.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, and other factors beyond our control. Foodoor is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All trademarks, logos, content, and software on the Foodoor platform are the property of Foodoor Enterprises LLP or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of this content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Foodoor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without advance notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
